Using ``` COMPOUNDPERMITFLAG S COMPOUNDBEGIN S COMPOUNDEND E ``` with `S` added to `A`, and `E` added to `C` seems to work

Same problem happens with right single quotation mark (’, U+2019): once added into Settings > Preferences > Delimiter, closed NPP, and reopened, the character is converted into �.
