feature request: improve error in case instrumented modules are loaded before dd-trace-js using ESM

On a related note, the `Plugins`[ interface definition](https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-js/blob/master/index.d.ts#L182-L252) is missing `ws`, which prevents using `tracer.use('ws', false);` in TypeScript to programmatically disable the plugin
