Decouple config and saves. Tag config with machine name.

What's your idea?

It would be great if we could store configuration files separately from the game saves. If the configuration file could also be tagged with the machine it was backed up from so that it wouldn't need to be restored on another machine, that would be perfect.

My Fedora PC and Steam Deck use different resolutions for games, so it would be nice that when backing up each one of them, that the backups don't have deltas of just the configuration files when the saves are in sync.

Plus this could help out with the Steam Deck community looking to have the perfect configuration files for playing games on the Steam Deck.

This tool has really changed the way I think about my games and how easy it can be to setup on a new machine and keep me from having to start over on my games. Thank you so much.
