Import/Export Custom Games list

What's your idea?

I want to be able to easily take a list of "Custom Games" paths/registry from one machine to another.

I plan on setting up all the paths for game mods, so those files get backed up as custom games. For Final Fantasy XIII Fix, it is easy as it is only two files, but there are other mods that can have several files. Being able to export that list of files after putting it in on one machine would be nice and if I could easily edit the exported list to change parts of the path would be even better.

This would also be handy for when I setup all my emulation memory cards and saves to share between Steam Decks and other machines.
