Got the same problem on PHP8.1.18, but I can't update to PHP8.2 right now. Do you know what could cause the problem ?

Solved it, I had an `extension=dom` inside a _php.ini_ file, maybe there was a conflict because of this. i've been stuck 3 days on this.
