You have a good point. How about using settings from the last used session? Or there is an option in SDDM-KCM (the settings module for SDDM in KDE) to synchronize...

Menus don't work propertly in R Studio

The global menu widget works, although there is a weird issue where it would enter the editing mode every time I click on it, I should probably report that too....
