I don't believe this page ever existed. Even if you browse the repo [in the state it was at when that line was first added](https://github.com/aframevr/aframe/tree/03db9181f85b8cbe9d6a6218945ffd759250b704/docs/primitives) it's not there.

Might be an android specific bug, Just tested this on a Windows build and was able to add an instance successfully.
