Thanks for this great addon, it is very helpful. I just wonder if it can be possible to add the option to activate the plugin without go to "Preferences-->Plugins-->eog-modofied date-->...

I usually read articles by viewing the webpage in [Reader View](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-reader-view-clutter-free-web-pages), but it isn't possible to translate selected text with this add-on. Is it possible to add this feature?

Notes copied with ["Preserve ease, due, interval...": false] are not treated as new.
