The notification flow should be configurable by administrators to notifiy a group of users about an event.

As some other apps like https://github.com/nextcloud/files_accesscontrol it would be nice if _files_lock_ can be configured with workflow triggers to lock files automatically, eg. file open or updated -> lock file.
