Fix is in the releases 10.8.1 (for TYPO3 v11) and 12.3.2 (for TYPO3 v12)

Please update to the current powermail version. Fixed with 12.1.0 (current version is 12.3.5)
This is already fixed. We switched from our own `localizationUtility` to the `LLL:EXT:powermail/` notation. It was release with 12.0.2
