Call to a member function getSetupArray() on null

I know that version 12 is still somewhat in development so maybe this will already fixed for the release, but in case it's not i will just put this here if that's fine with you.

When calling the frontend after clearing the cache, without reloading the backend again, we get the Error: "Call to a member function getSetupArray() on null"

Did we do something wrong?

I can confirm that this issue occurs in my project also.

This is already fixed. We switched from our own localizationUtility to the LLL:EXT:powermail/ notation. It was release with 12.0.2
