We're actively working on allowing the same port to be used with the public and private IP. We'll update the thread as we continue to make progress on this capability.

This is a limitation on AppGW that we're still working on. I've added this feature request to the roadmap as "In Progress".

@Sfonxs - was the AGIC set to watch all namespaces or was the namespace that had the pod in a crash loop outside of the AGIC scope?

When the pod crashes and starts up again, does the Pod IP change every time or remain the same?

OAuth is not currently supported on AppGW, but is on our roadmap. Until we support it on AppGW, we won't have support for it on AGIC. I can update this...

@mozts2005 - mTLS to the backend support is on our (AppGW + AGIC) backlog, but currently no ETA.

@thepaulmacca you raise a good point; allowing AGIC to have multiple replicas is something that is on our backlog of improvements to AGIC. We're currently prioritizing hi-pri asks on AGIC...
