Hello, I'd like to integrate Steam, but I'm not sure if it's possible as Steam API uses OpenID 2.0 (not OpenID Connect). It would get just the user's `openid`.

It would be nice to include a `pacake.json` file so that the repository can be downloaded with `npm install`.

I see this warning when installing the last version: >npm WARN [email protected] requires a peer of enzyme@^3.0.0 but none was installed. I think that `enzyme-adapter-react-16` should be inside devDependencies instead...

I'd like to pass a custom `id` to the react-infinite container. Would you accept a PR?

The `fulURL` typo gives me an error, so I've fixed it.
