Custom Site repo fails to create DB when the site name is an SQL reserved keyword

This needs further testing, but I just tested provisioning a site named ssl and it worked. Could have been fixed by my PR here https://github.com/Varying-Vagrant-Vagrants/custom-site-template/pull/18
