There's essentially nothing to collapse in that case, so don't do it. It's unclear if and how this should apply to the Collapse All button.

Nested repeaters work pretty cleanly but the buttons sometimes effect nested fields along with the intended fields. Generally speaking, there should just be slightly better/more obvious connections between each field...
