Acf 5.3 integration in plugin

If I activate collapser from wordpress plugins its working fine. But if I copy files to my plugin it does not work although css and js are included if i check page source.

Is there any special check or dependency?

Not one that I can think of off the top of my head, but I've never tested this either.

Can you check the console for errors and are you sure that the CSS/JS files in the source are in the correct location and not 404ing?
