I get error Error: ENOTCONN: socket is not connected, mkdir './images/20180530'

I have no problem running but next time it error "Error: ENOTCONN: socket is not connected, mkdir './images/20180530'"

fix: the device is not work after reconnect wifi

When Wifi lost connection and then reconnected. The device is not work after that. Fixed: #139

fix: It base64 error if use with WifiManager

If use with WifiManager that it error about base64 show in below. The root cause is base64.h and base64.c conflict with core libraries.

i can not run on raspberry pi2
