External SD card broken on Android 4.3

Had numerous reports on Google Play comments that external SD card no longer works.

Trying to rotate device while a task progress bar is showing results in an empty background.

Dropbox SDK is up to version 1.6.4. Would be good to bring in the latest version.

If the device is rotated while multiple files are selected, we lose the information about which files were selected.

Account.linkOrAuthIfNeeded() shouldn't need an Activity

This is being called within TaskFragment / AsyncTask and should ideally work fine in the absence of an Activity context.

Export/Import should work to/from other file providers as well

Opening file with external editor and sync'ing it back still needs to use the local filesystem. We need both modes - export/import to SD as well as to Dropbox. File...

Issue #52 depends on this as well.
