Suspended tabs lose the URL, can't reload

This plugin used to work great. Today, when a tab suspends, it loses its url (it's cleared from the address bar), and refreshing does nothing. The page does not reload....

Saw the instructions in the readme to visit http://taco-randomizer.herokuapp.com/ , but it's giving a 500 error. Is this hosted somewhere else?
