Android 12: IMEI in "about-phone" (unchanged, old IMEI) is different from output of "*#06#" (empty, no IMEI) !

Is that intended or a bug? Which IMEI will be transmitted along with the phone number to the cell towers? The empty one (none) or the one seen in "about-phone"?

Without this possibility the whole add-on is useless...

When accessing some root folders with the file manger (e.g. /efs) there are no files shown inside...!? it seems the app has adb without root - only adb (root) shell...
