That mirrors my experience, except I've also had issues booting the game under SMB on 2035. I'll try upgrading to 2048 today and see if it makes a difference. @10522...

Finally got around to upgrading OPL to v1.2.0-Beta-2049-513e9b3. I also switched back to an internal HDD instead of SMB in order to avoid a compatibility issue with Gran Turismo 3....
