Using SimpleSpanProcessor is intentional for us ([link](https://github.com/nginx/telemetry-exporter/blob/1cf60640510cc6cae8416d6230bcdf5f66403673/pkg/telemetry/exporter.go#L141)), and we do not believe we can hide this message since it originates from the underlying otel library. Closing this for now.

Placing this into the backlog unless there's a strong reason to include it within a near-future release.
