@mehansen I checked with Jayna and we're good to remove those AOE columns for HIV, so I just updated it here 
Rebasing this PR for the new terraform changes, so I redeployed to dev6 and it's ready for re-review again!

Is there a release plan or timeline on when we plan to actually go live with these changes in production? Asking because the original spike ticket seemed unclear on this....
FYI the multi select for conditions was removed in favor of restricting it to a single condition tested since we're not currently supporting multiplex testing
