[Support Request] Device sync

Description

We have some outstanding new device requests from the support sheet, at least a handful of them are in ReportStream's livd table.

Proposed solution

1. See the smartsheet (any unresolved new device request. at least: rows 55, 56, 62, 64, 66, 67, 72)
2. In a lower environment run a device sync and verify new devices that will be added to SimpleReport
3. Add any devices not included in the device sync manually
4. Communicate the list of devices to the ReportStream team (note devices not coming from their API
5. Send example test results as needed
6. Confirm with ReportStream Engineering before adding devices to Prod

Devices to be excluded from this sync: BioFire Respiratory Panel 2.1-EZ (RP2.1-EZ)*

Devices were added to dev for testing with ReportStream staging. Awaiting RS review in this thread

Support team was also notified of the devices that are currently being tested in RS staging. One of the device requests needs additional information from the user

Unassigning myself from this to prioritize the universal reporting prototype sprint

And bringing back to ready for implementation so another engineer can follow up on this ticket once ReportStream completes their review

Update: respond to the end user that BioFire Respiratory Panel 2.1-EZ (RP2.1-EZ)* is not currently a supportable device for SimpleReport
