Stuck in "Updating Songs"

I upgraded from Dopamine v2.0.9 and whenever I launch [v3.0.0-preview19](https://github.com/digimezzo/dopamine/tree/v3.0.0-preview19) it only shows an "Updating Songs" message and locks the UI. I've let it run for about an hour now...
