holding shift and pressing numpad keys doesnt work together

as the title says i cant hold shift and use the numpad keys (some of them work while holding shift) NohBoard doesnt display it correct.

AO OG Bug - pullring rope almost crashes always when doing paramonia and then scrabania in one sitting

should use `ALIVE_FATAL()` instead or probably just show a warning.

AO Rev Bug - 5 and 8 input keys on the keyboard are swapped

if you go to the gamespeak section in the main menu and you press 5 you'll notice that the game shows that you pressed 8 and vice versa
