That isn't how you set up a shader, I'm afraid, and the MapboxVectorStyleSet has its own shaders in any case. You want to look at the VectorMBTilesTestCase in the AutoTester...
We support OBJ on iOS, but nothing on Android at the moment. If someone paid for more extensive model support, we'd implement it.
We're a consulting company, so it's pretty easy to pay us to write software. :-) The cost depends on what formats you would want and which platforms.
There's only keepNorthUp. That will always keep north pointed along the Y axis, but you can still scroll north and south.

I'm afraid WMS isn't implemented for Android. With WMTS you can figure out a REST compatible URL and feed that to the system, but WMS requires a special implementation.
It's not on the current development plan. It's something I'd add if a client paid for it.
