After merging #650, all tests (unittests _and_ integration) passed on one machine with OSXFuse v4.2.3. A few integration tests failed on two other boxes - all are Macs (OSXFuse v4.4.0)....

It's probably obvious, but with ghc-8.10.1 installed, even `./cabal-hie-install help` doesn't work:
