Context menu takes an eternity to open if there are a lot of items in the recycle bin

Noticed this when using Revo Uninstaller with the option of sending all the files to the recycle bin.

Windows context menu seems unaffected but Nilesoft Shell doesn't open for ages.

It's fine when there are little to no items in there.
