Cannot open terminal in libraries

Im not able to use the context menu to open terminal in windows libraries, is there a way we could detect for this and redirect to the real folder? This also happends with cmd and regular powershell

I dealt a lot with libraries, and I found that these are not directories but xml files (to my surprise) go to %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries - pick and drag the folder into notepad++ or VS Code
