Hi @muhammadbahaa2001
These effects are for WinUI and not for traditional applications. But I will try to add it in the future.
Any updates?
Not yet. But it will be added in the future
Especially waiting for menu with items, in windows is a smooth animation.

can't wait for this to become reality! it's the only thing that's keeping this from becoming absolutely perfect.
I would love to see at least simple fade-in opacity transition on popup show up — maybe it could be easier to implement compared to the "unfolding" one from the WinUI?
No idea why I'm in cc or how my email got there. But I totally agree as I'm also an user of the program.

I came here specifically looking for this feature!
I do hope that there'll be the option to animate the the top-level menu too. A top-level slide animation (unfolding) would look great (and more consistent) than having no animation on top-level menus and slide animations only on sub-menus.
Back in the day, Windows 7 had a performance setting for menu animations (fade-in or slide) and it affected all menus, not just sub-menus.
The slide and fade effect has been added to the new context menu and will be available soon in the next Canary release. This link shows an example of the new context menu.
