The project does not compile, it turned out this file is missing and I can't see it in the source.

Is there any development for TypeScript module? If I'd like to write one, where is the best way to start? javascript / C# module?

I've downloaded the generated JavaScript client library and inspect it. It contains all the data structure but nothing related to the REST endpoins. Where can I find a sample demonstrating...
