@dimaqq the point here is that this will be an emulation, no really guarantee of compatibility, and how is this different from just reading the entire remaining file by looking...
Now you can use it ovef AMQP protocol see [this article](https://www.rabbitmq.com/streams.html#usage). A native streams protocol is under development, but I will not give a release date for the first prototype.
IMHO It's have no prcatical impact, because the target shared library will be linking with libsystemd and the libsystemd api changes will break the wheel.
@talwrii I tried to port your changes, I think that among them there are really relevant now. Could you double check if everything is as you wanted?
