Often some tests got stuck. For example future was created without `loop=` parameter or other dummy errors. In this case you have to wait CI timeout or cancel jobs manually.

Hmm... In my cases it's so useful for tests. But you are right, that's a common implementation. Actually I was inspired by [gen_test](http://www.tornadoweb.org/en/stable/testing.html#tornado.testing.gen_test) decorator from tornado.

Please fix tests and rebase.

Sorry for the long answer, but I couldn't figure out how to do it right and not break anything. A good option would be the option shown in the example...

Oh it's my mistake. Journal should be opened before adding filter rules.
