I was looking for a VSCode-like experience for toggling comments in Visual Studio 2019. This extension solve almost all problems, except for some particular situations in which it behaves weirdly....
I have just noticed that the "Focus window under cursor first" option that is present in _Shortcut & Key entry/Keyboard shortcut_ is missing in _Shortcut & Key entry/Keystroke recording_ mode....
Since I had to do this myself and I found the readme lacking in this regard, I figured this could be a nice addition for new users
