I support `actix-core` as a name, because Actix is used, confusingly, to refer to both the actor system and web framework.

That's what I'm currently testing -- whether or not I can build a large Node app.

Regarding `tldr` - it appears to work for me.

It hangs when I try to install `atom`. I'll inspect the `nvm` source to see if I can find a better way to install Node.

I don't use OS X, so the homebrew comparison is slightly lost on me, my apologies. I might take a stab at this in a bit.
