is there have plan to support path coverage?

1、返回值从array改为string。保持和redis一致； 2、处理key在ssdb不存在的情况，返回ngx.null而不是字符串'not found'； 3、增加对sock:receive()返回值的错误处理。

Test::Nginx can not got the latest version from CPAN

I think should introduce how to install Test::Nginx from source code from github , or install from opm in the future, instead of CPAN.
