ご確認頂きありがとうございます。 おっしゃるとおりで、今はmatplotlibで作った図をcanvasで描写しております。これだけでも満足しておりますが、今後もしplotlyと連携できると大変心強く思います。 さらに欲を言えば、例えばjupyterのipywidgetsのようにplotly表示＋クリックイベントなども可能であるとguiの双方向対話性が格段に高まると思います（一時期はそれでアプリのようなものを構築していたのですが、pysimpleguiやtkeasyguiの使い易さと天秤にかけると後者のほうが総合的に優れており、諦めた部分でもありました）。
