Updated to the Rainmeter 4.4 Beta and this seems to resolve the issue, Enigma+Rainmeter runs smooth as butter, no more lagging.

Issue is still persisting. It seemed that it was fixed right after installing the Rainmeter 4.4 Beta, but after a reboot, the issue has returned

I believe I've found the culprit, it's the Process.ini skin, everything runs smoothly until that skin is loaded. It seems to be due to it using the now deprecated AdvancedCPU.dll...

I have updated Process.ini for UsageMonitor instead of AdvancedCPU Now I just have to figure out how to submit it for a merge... https://gist.github.com/mon0theist/3fcb5af30c80a38d04b3eff108fb231a
