This seems to be fixed in 2.9 as I was not able to reproduce it using default values to provision AKS cluster.

@yonasberhe23 I tested this on our shared Harvester environment and confirmed that this issue is fixed.

@gaktive changed the milestone to 2.12 because in order to fix [this 2.12 issue](https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/14679) I had to fix this one first.
