@jameswill @prbt2016 we discussed and checked this in depth, and the conclusion is that at this point, Mautic is not fully compatible with mysqli, as you will hit random issues...

@omert37 did you try the steps described on this issue to work around it? Change the db_driver to pdo_mysql and remove the var/cache/prod folder?
