Ok, then issue 2) definitely has to do with different behaviour in Linux, like you said it's very likely we call `play` before the video item has been fully initialised....

As things stand, the only viable option would be to use a DTLS reverse proxy. AFAIK, Node Core does not have DTLS support. There are some modules implementing DTLS, however...
I agree, but the correct way is not trivial to implement, although certainly doable :) Will get back to this once we make the UI less pixel-dependent, there are good...
