If it is possible, How can we implement DTLS with lwm2m server?

As things stand, the only viable option would be to use a DTLS reverse proxy. AFAIK, Node Core does not have DTLS support. There are some modules implementing DTLS, however mostly are what seems to me half-baked, so personally I would not go down that road.
