Ahh :D I think I got it wrong.. The layout options only work for that specific level when you define it at the group node.

This is fixed with v11.

This didn't came up in the last 2 years so we will stick to the current behaviour.

Please re-open if this issue still persists.

Thanks for the input here but It's not planned to add a multi handle node to the core.

In v12 this can be solved with the `isValidConnection` prop.
