Resting all selected actions like(Bold,Italic,Underline)when first time keyboard pop up

Hi, Actually iam using custom view to select Bold,Italic,Underline,strikeline,e.t.c..iam not using tool bar...Issue is if i select Bold,Italic,Underline,Strike,e.t.c without keyboard showing..After selecting actions if i show the keyboard first time...

Italic not working in Chinese language
