Is it possible that it's a bug in the mod? Maybe give the mod writer a poke and link this issue to them and see if they reply.

What was the full command you were using and what version if possible?

inspecting the clib code, unfortunately it assumes that it's located in the root of the repository e.g. [searching for manifest_names in clib](https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aclibs%2Fclib%20manifest_names&type=code) It's just this one file at least.
