UI: Code Block improvements

Would be nice if code blocks had syntax highlighting, and horizontal scroll when it's too wide (alternatively wrap around, but I personally prefer scrolling more than wrapping).

For context, I am using qwen2.5-coder:1.5b on ollama, running firefox on MacBook Air M1 (16GB RAM).

  1. 403 > 383, so #383 (an earlier issue) cannot be a duplicate of #403 (a later issue)
  2. #403 has absolutely nothing in common with #383

@cybardev I've updated my PR as well which does solve this issue and have made the changed @nekomeowww asked me to as well please would you let me know your thoughts. Pretty excited to contribute here :)
