CRITICAL Installing a package update without sample content removes all existing content

This is really bad...

When you install my theme (with sample content) and after that install a update with sample content unchecked, all resources are gone after the update!

When I try to create a 'update package' without any resources or content added, the site totally breaks after install!

Right now TPC only supports ONLY a one time time install on a clean MODX setup. Updating, selecting what to install or even uninstalling is totally broken!
