im having the same issue. tensorflow-gpu 2.4 or 2.3 not sure and keras 2.4.3 from keras.backend.tensorflow_backend import tf as ktf doesn't work either ps: tf.keras.backend worked on my system move...
@hanxiumeng your code doesn't work either, leads to the same error could you share the modified conversion.cc file? did you get it to work with opencv 3?

I'm still having the same error even though I've downloaded the toolchain as instructed. Ubuntu 22 UE 5.3 any help is appreciated
