These need some consideration. We don't want to enable signficantly larger values than allowed by SH, and yet we have more efficient / common ways to do them.
Right now, BSH doesn't use Huffman at all. Strings, tokens, keys and TFVs are obvious places to consider.
Is it still appropriate to use JSON as the underlying data model, or should something like the [Item type from Structured Headers](http://httpwg.org/http-extensions/draft-ietf-httpbis-header-structure.html#item) be used instead?
